precision turned parts
Precision turned parts are turned parts with minimal deviations from the nominal size. mbo Osswald manufactures rod and shaft parts made from steel and stainless steel with diameters from 4 mm to 65 mm, up to an overall length of 650 mm. In particular cross holes, grooves, milling, multiple-edge turning and complicated geometries can be realised. The machinery from mbo Osswald is characterised by high flexibility, special repeat accuracy and short machining times. This means the economical manufacture of simple workpieces through to geometrically complex parts made from high-strength steels with closely toleranced dimensional and surface specifications.
