folding spring bolts for DIN clevises

Folding spring bolts, which together with a clevis (DIN 71752/DIN ISO 8140) form a clevis joint, are available in sizes ranging from 4 x 8 to 20 x 40. These parts facilitate the swift mounting and removal of every clevis joint. Together with the clevis the folding spring bolt in the clevis joint is a combination which, thanks to its simplicity and linking-technology flexibility, is suitable for any application. Mounting and removal of the folding spring bolt are possible without the need for tools. The folding spring bolt consists of a bolt to which a spring is riveted. Material: bolt: 1.0718 (11SMnPb30+C), tensile strength approx. 550 - 700 N/mm²; alternatively: C45 induction-hardened, hardening depth approx. 0.5 mm; alternatively: 1.0718 nitrocarburised, hardening depth approx. 0.03 mm. Spring: C60 to Ck75 hardened and tempered to approx. 430-500 HV. Surface protection: normal: phosphatised, oiled. Alternatively: galvanised, passivated in white-blue or yellow. Special versions on request.
