angle joints with slotted sockets
Angle joints can also be supplied by mbo with a slotted socket. Using a slotted ball socket dispenses with the need for a snap ring and a circlip. These are replaced by a retaining clip which holds and secures the ball by means of the ball socket slots. Mounting is much quicker and easier than before and there is no need to mount the circlip by hand. Even the ball stud can be easily removed.
